March 2013

We play a lot of dress up, especially when Hailey or Tayla come over to play.

We finally bought a grill. Daddy's first time using it we made shish-ka-bobs and hamburgers and hot dogs. The girls had a blast watching Daddy.

I finally got all three of them. I didn't quite get them all to look.
These two are so adorable!
We took all the bikes to the Edenvale park for a nice family ride.  Andrea loved it because she finally had level ground to really learn how to ride a bike.
We have a wonderful bike trailer, but we rarely get to use it because we live on a hill. It's too hard to pull around our neighborhood, so we have to load it up in the minivan and drive to a park and then ride bikes. :-)
Rachel painting with water colors.
Andrea loves to paint, so we paint at least once a week at my house.  I am not a good painter, but at least I let Andrea improve on her talent.
Looks like she put lipstick on by herself again. :-)
We took Andrea's bike down to the park and let her ride again. She loves riding her bike now.
Rachel got to ride the bus.
They had a little celebration at Gymnastics. Here is Andrea showing her shape.

Climbing on the counter to get a sucker. My girls know right where I keep the candy and they are determined to get it.
Coloring Easter Eggs. Rachel just wanted to dunk the stickers in the die.
She did it!!!
Daddy's creation using rubber bands.
So adorable. They had a ton of fun coloring eggs.
Rachel and I had fun coloring and writing on the eggs too.
No little kid can resist opening up the egg and eating it.
I often find Rachel back in their bedroom trying on clothes.
We had an Easter Egg Hunt with our friends.  The Russlers, Curtises, and Prices. It was a lot of fun. Tons of eggs, food, and candy.
Rachel was more interested in the carrots that we left out for the Easter Bunny.
Andrea had a blast. She is at the age where she actually understands Easter Egg Hunts now.
She and Hailey were so cute. They were sharing eggs.
We love our friends in San Jose. So grateful for them and for inviting us.
Then of course we had to sit down and eat the candy right away.
I love this picture. Our tulips were absolutely perfect for Easter. Too bad they only lasted two weeks. :-)
Climbing so high to get the Easter Egg with her name on it.
The little steps on the slide were perfect for hiding Easter Eggs.

Trying to get the egg that is way up high.
Our two beautiful girls!
This is a picture from our 3rd Easter Egg hunt. We had the first hunt on Saturday at the Russlers, one at our house after church, and then a 3rd one at the Merrill's house. They invited us for Sunday dinner and a hunt. It was a wonderful Easter. We didn't have any family, but we have such a wonderful ward family. We are so grateful for the gospel and the wonderful people in our lives.

Steve sent the two oldest boys on a GPS treasure hunt.  He hid their eggs a few blocks away and gave them Easter Eggs with GPS coordinates inside. They had to use their phones or other devices to find the eggs.  Pretty clever Steve!
